Psychologist. Founder. Connector.

Trained as a social psychologist — with a PhD in Organizational Behavior — I have spent over a decade at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and personal development.

I am a founder, builder, and connector. I have founded several ventures, including Connectors Lab, the Women Leadership Academy, and House of Her — each bringing people together and helping them develop and grow through psychological insight.

What I do

Design. Facilitation. Speaking.

I design programmes, facilitate workshops, and speak on stages. I build the platforms and communities where that work continues. My mission: to bring people together and help them build lives and careers that actually fit who they are.

My work draws on social psychology, experiential learning, and relational dynamics. It is always evidence-based, always experiential, and always built around real conversations.
